We offer a variety of thoughtfully designed studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom apartment homes to fit your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking for a cozy studio, a comfortable one bedroom retreat, or a spacious two or three bedroom layout with extra room to relax, Woodland Trails has options designed for convenience, functionality, and everyday living.

Woodland Trails welcomes your furry friends. We use PetScreening to register pets, which helps us keep the community enjoyable and well-maintained for all residents. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions may apply. Leasing & Application Process

You can easily apply online through our website or visit our leasing office. Applications typically require a fee, proof of income, and a valid photo ID. Start your application to receive a personalized quote and secure your favorite floor plan.
Applicants at Woodland Trails are required to earn at least three times the monthly base rent. Additional factors such as credit, rental history, and background checks are also reviewed.

Pricing, Fees & Deposits

We offer both traditional security deposits and flexible deposit alternatives through Jetty. After you complete a quick qualification process, you can choose the option that best fits your budget and move‑in needs. Move-in / Move-out

Move‑in dates vary based on availability and the completion of your application. When you apply, we’ll gladly help you choose a move‑in date that fits your timing and makes your transition smooth.

On move-in day, everything will be ready for you! Once your rental application is approved, we send a detailed welcome email with your new address and a move-in preparation guide so that you may ensure utilities are set up, required payments are submitted and all necessary information is submitted to ensure a smooth and stress-free move.
We hope you never leave, but if you must, a 60‑day written notice is required. To ensure a smooth transition for all, our team will provide detailed move‑out instructions, which may include a pre‑move‑out inspection, an overview of the check‑out process, and what to expect on your final move‑out statement.
